The sachet packaging machine adopts a PLC automatic control system with a servo-driven longitudinal sealing unit. It features automatic double-side registration for printed film and real-time tracking adjustment, while the main drive is equipped with stepless variable-frequency speed control.
The equipment can continuously and automatically complete sachet forming, dosing, filling, sealing, slitting, batch coding, and counting. Tear notches as well as longitudinal and transverse easy-tear lines can be formed during operation. Once filling is completed, multiple sachets can be packaged simultaneously, and edge trim is automatically collected. The equipment is suitable for automatic filling and packaging of granules, powders, and similar materials.
