The continuous motion horizontal cartoner is designed for high-volume production. It features stable operation with a packaging speed of up to 400 cartons/min.
Integrating optical, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, it utilizes a modular structure and full-servo transmission. The cartoner is suitable for pharmaceutical blister packs, bottles, food, cosmetics, and daily chemical products. It sequentially performs carton feeding, product loading, leaflet folding and insertion, carton erection, carton conveying, and sealing in a fully enclosed packaging process.

Features
- Capable of continuous multi-fold leaflet insertion; prints production dates and batch numbers; automatically rejects cartons or leaflets if missing. Can operate independently or in-line with other equipment.
- PLC-controlled with optical monitoring of all moving parts. Stops automatically and displays error codes for quick troubleshooting.
- Programmable via PLC with variable-frequency drive. Touchscreen interface shows machine status, fault alerts, and operational parameters. Optical sensors automatically reject cartons or products with missing leaflets, missing items, or unsealed cartons. Supports both manual and automatic operation with multi-size adjustment within the defined range.
- Equipped with a color touchscreen for parameter settings, machine monitoring, and fault diagnostics. Simple, intuitive operation. Features include simple structure, wide adaptability, easy maintenance, smooth operation, and low noise.
- Packaging specifications can be easily changed to suit user requirements. Suitable for large-volume production of a single product and adaptable for other packaging sizes.
