Automated packaging line for efficient sachet filling and sealing of powders, granules, and liquids
The integrated production line combines the DXDK950 series sachet packaging machine with the ZH150 fully automatic cartoner. This line is suitable for the automatic dosing and filling of granules, powders, and similar materials into four-side-seal sachets, and automatically completes counting, arranging, carton loading, and carton sealing as downstream processes. The entire line adopts servo control and operates as a fully automatic, integrated production system. Optional functions such as online weighing can be configured according to customer requirements.

- The production line is precisely engineered to ensure perfect synchronization between the sachet discharge speed of the packaging machine and the carton infeed speed of the cartoner. This eliminates material accumulation, waiting, and transfer between standalone machines, maximizing overall line efficiency.
- Key components of the line, including servo motors, PLC, pneumatic components, and optical sensors, are sourced from internationally recognized brands, ensuring durability, accuracy, and low failure rates during long-term high-load operation.
- From material filling to finished carton output, the entire process is completed within enclosed or semi-enclosed equipment, greatly reducing the risk of human and cross-contamination. The line offers a high hygiene level and fully complies with GMP requirements for the food and pharmaceutical industries.
- A large touchscreen displays production data, operating status, fault locations, and troubleshooting guidance in real time. The intuitive interface simplifies operation, while built-in self-diagnosis and alarm history functions enable rapid fault identification and reduced downtime.
